Oh look... it's the Grass-type starter from the forthcoming Pokemon Black/White games... but she's not giving us her name yet.
Needless to say, this will be the starter I will be choosing, whatever its name turns out to be.
I did this in under three hours, after surviving another long day at work - I should try to do quick drawings like this more often, possibly.

Well between Digimon and Pokemon most of the 'familiar' animals/objects have been already done. The reason for what I said though is that Arceus is based off the Japanese mythological creature of the ki'rin who while in China's myths has to bow down to mighty dragons (being third within the celestrial hierarchy), in Japanese myths the dragons have to bow down to it. In both cultures though dragons were seen as the supreme being of the universe underneath the actual gods. You can't get much more legendary than that.
Seems more like a leaf-tailed gecko than a snake to me.

Heck, for a gecko the eye size wouldn't be off by much nor most of the rest of the proportions for that matter.
