Continuation from Biceptember Rampage. This time focuses on two-part muscle growth sequence

Biceptember Growth part One || Two

A day after Hypercore's destructive nature burst out, the city was devastated. At morning, Hypercore gathered up his new muscularized army at the city park, which remained intact during the destruction, minus the statue at the center. However, many brave souls remained in the ruins to fight back, even if it meant sacrificing their own lives, but not knowing Hypercore's ability to revive the dead.

The corrupted super fox became so aware of numerous resistance groups formed against him that he decided to send his new lieutenants to hunt down smaller groups first, because to him, doing such an easy task could build a bigger counterattack and further demoralize the largest resistance group holed at the prison island separated from the city by the wide river. There was only one bridge to the prison island, but Hypercore sensed heavy armed presence surrounding the island. He lacked any flying minions at the time, so did any strong swimmers, as most of the air and sea vehicles were destroyed.

Last night, he had converted a chubby bear named Maxime into a grizzly giant, and by morning had he promoted him as a lieutenant. Hypercore caught a glimpse at a blue dragon spying at an army gather-up at the park, so he sent Maxime after the dragon who retreated into a well-fenced police station, several blocks away from the park. Maxime discovered a small group of 10, led by cat twins Gojiro and Kenjiro and supported by Lightning and Hopey (both foxes). The rest included a fox Alex and his dalmatian brother, Gojiro's girlfriend, another male cat named Patih, some police officer in form of a German Shepherd and the blue dragon named Thunderzekrom (also TZ in short).

As Lightning, Patih, Alex and TZ followed Kenjiro and Hopey into the office inside, the rest opted to remain outside the building and guard the surroundings for any intruder. Maxime took this for opportunity by using a muscle power, given by Hypercore, on the police dog who was searching throughout his own cruiser. Unbeknownst to the other three at the fence, the officer transformed into a big bodybuilder and his personality was altered with aggressive bias towards unaffected victims. The officer looked to the unsuspecting three and gave himself in anger, whose growling received attention from the said three. The big mean officer dog picked up his car and threw it at them who quickly dodged, but left the gate destroyed beyond repair, receiving attention from three wandering monstrous hunks. The dalmatian noticed Maxime revealing himself at the station and shot a bullet at his head, but the bear himself was bulletproof, due Hypercore's goal of transforming all people into a global civilization of superior hunks, as said by Maxime, who put the dalmatian in the same state as the German Shepherd officer.

As Maxime, followed by three wandering hunks and the now transformed Shepherd cop and dalmatian, approached the two, Gojiro and his girlfriend ran inside the station to warn their fellows. Kenjiro and Hopey at the same time happened to be discussing on coordinating with other smaller groups before reporting to the largest one, as Lightning, Patih, Alex and TZ were listening. The cat girl ran into the office and fell onto the floor, alerting the six present. Her boyfriend Gojiro had become her big perpetrator, breaking the wall and hissing at the group, much to Kenjiro's horror. Maxime and his fellows soon followed into the same office, forcing the group to retreat into any exit they could find. They managed to find a fire exit door but Gojiro's girlfriend, who ended up front, suddenly felt a blunt inside her head, followed by muscle growth, turning her into an angry giant, also forcing the remaining group to run to the cells, as they ended up surrounded by monsters.

Kenjiro, Hopey, Lightning, Alex, Patih and TZ forced themselves into one cell room, as Maxime explained the new ideology to the former and asked his fellow monsters to speak out in support. Instead, it went like this:
Gojiro: Look at you Ken, some brother who resisted being as big as me! (Causing despair and anger in Kenjiro who firmly grabbed his electric guitar in self defense)
Alex's brother: That's right! I'm gonna give you a beat up if you don't come out, especially you wimp! You're not my bro! (Leaving Alex in fear and guilt at his brother's betrayal forcibly triggered and prompting Lightning to walk in front in Alex's defense)
Gojiro's girlfriend: Hey Hopey, are you supposed to be beat us down?! Look at your muscles! (Angering Hopey and provoking Patih who unsheathed his kitchen knives in Hopey's defense)
Maxime: I really don't know your name, dragon boy! (Thunderzekrom remained genuinely confused in the entire chaos)

Despite being hit with insults (likely influenced by Hypercore's ideology), the six remained silent but firm to withstand, putting the monsters in rage at failure to demoralize the weak. The cell bars were destroyed, and the monsters were approaching, ending with Maxime's irritated comment: "Weaklings like you are supposed to submissive to us until your time comes! Look, as threatening as we are now, we're not here to leave even a few brave souls like you six dead! We're not that pragmatic!"
