This is both a piece of Hades fan art and an artwork that I think can stand well on its own. It's my take on how the bedroom of Hypnos, the Greek incarnation of sleep, would look like. Many of these elements are lifted from bits of mythological descriptions that I picked up. For example, Hypnos' room is the origin of the river Lethe, it features poppies by its entrance and the bed is made of ebony. I went for a blend of coziness and mystery, which I think turned out nicely.
I'd enjoy taking a nap in this kind of place. Just take a rest, and forget about everything that's troubling you.
