Are you sure that's an accurate excuse for the camera quality? Are you sure you were not just trying to take the horses picture so fast and tried to leave before the horse turned around or it was taken in a motion so fast it got like this? who would try to take a picture of somebody and stick around to be accused of stalking? Would that horse assault a photographer accused of taking a photo of him unbeknownst to him?
