Another character made with  ChaosCroc's Victory Vixen universe in mind. A politician named Ared Griffen. Their power is not actually body or gender shifting, that's a special implant they have from a very in development company they're friends with. Their actual power is involves seeing a person's timeline, so to speak. They can see all the events, in a broad sense, that led to a person's current situation, and also a good deal about their possible futures. They're not a meta people know about, their power isn't a flashy one lending itself to heroism. However it's excellent for politics and gaining influence. After all, you know how to help people become successful, and be their friend in the process, that tends to make you very powerful friends.
