A continuation of Book 3, Equal Rites, Wyrd Sisters (pronounced the same as Weird Sisters) is pretty much one big parody of Macbeth. Esmeralda "Granny" Weatherwax (center) begrudgingly forms a coven. The other members include the agreeable Gytha "Nanny" Ogg (left) and the free spirited Magrat Garlicke (right). The King of Lancre, Verrence being assassinated by a member of his court, Felmet and the witches taking matters into their own hands to fix the Ramtops.
