Wiener Wraps
Ingredients:
1 pkg cheese dogs
20 rhodes roll dough balls (typically found in the freezer section)
butter
salt
garlic powder
Place frozen dough balls in ziplock bag and place in fridge so that it lays flat and only has one layer, let thaw until dough is mildly soft but pliable. To wrap the dough around the hot dogs roll the dough balls one at a time between your hands then gently stretch the dough in a spiral around the dog - 2 dough balls per each dog. Place each wrapped dog on a greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart then place center rack in the oven. Fill a casserole dish with hot water and place on lower rack (my 9x13 inch dish works great), let rise for 30 mins. Remove both the wraps and the water and preheat the oven to 350, bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. paint the tops with butter and sprinkle lightly with salt and garlic powder. Enjoy.
