Well she's got a decent amount of scars, and she feels they make her too vulnerable, so she wears clothes. Plus she was bullied because her stripes didn't look "normal" and lead to a lot of issues for her. And she is still a big sweetheart, just a sweetheart that steals and commits crimes for a rush. Well problem is while she's wanted, no one's actually seen her, they just knows it's a feline, but that's it. And while yes, there are other powerful beings in my universe, none of them have a reason to do anything to each other. And a ton are spread out and don't even know of the existence of everyone else. So in retrospect, she'd be fine, though she doesn't like skunks, nor does the main cast. They hate them.
