One of my players, a pirate rouge, pulled out a card from a magical deck and found herself a potion selling bear. One of his potions was a bottle of pure honey. So naturally: She buys it and shares it to her two kids.

One her Children was a golden dragon that hatched from an egg she and her lover were caring for. It made an imprint on both her and the dad. When she got a taste of the honey: she felt something new on her back. Some more grown wings! And through a few days she went from the appearance of a toddler to a young child! More grown out hair and horns, and some armor from her aunt who just so happens to be a Paladin.
