Some chosen werewolves are reincarnated once every some years/generations, and they're imbedded with a moon shaped opal in their forehead. The opal offers immense power, however the werewolves are subjected to 2 irresistible, irrational instinct: The need to kill ANY vampire they see and the inability to kill any werewolf they face, no matter how much harm they cause them. Usually it isn't much of an invonvenience... until it leads to certain abuse.
