I immediately noticed the improvement on the tummy chub :D He looks pleasantly squishable, and is probably good or a hug, what with the extra layer of softness AND his chinchilla fur.

I really like what you did with him, and the whole image - his clothing style, his color scheme... all work really well for him, he's believable [as much as an animal-person can be at a glance, anyway!] which is something I personally enjoy in a character.
