Let me introduce this fatty one first! Chef is a one episode guy from Tom and Jerry Kids who appears in the episode "Mess Hall Mouser" and he's abusive towards Tom there which is his specialty.
In this comic he's a victim of some accident where he's losing all of his clothes. Because of such a humiliation, Chef run away back to the house in tears. Even though he's not so nice guy, why do I feel sorry for him now?
