
when we talk about getting better self-esteem we have to work hard in developing these abilities to being able to identify the origin of our lack of low esteem, it was something we heard? It because of social media standards? it's because what? Then we need to start saying a better thing about ourselves recognizing our talents in what we are good at, after that, we start reframing critical self-talk that means re-learning how to talk to ourselves! instead of saying ¨i suck at this¨better a ¨im still learning this¨ more of recognizing the need of improving ratter than deprecate ourselves in the process. and then positive journalism! that means writing the good things you did in the day, what you were happy about what are you thankful for, who you helped that day etc-
in the end, we all need to improve in something it is mental, it is an ability? it is physical? well, we all need to practice and try to make weakness strong points!

its is true, is interesting seeing how we can actually are able to CHANGE the way we percieve ourselves and the big impact this have in how the move around life! even just traying to talk more kindly to ourselves does a big difference! But yea, its hard to see we need to help or sometimes even wanting it, and thats up to them, we can try to help but at the end its all their desition. even we as therapist know that therapy only works ultra well when the client actually wants to acknowledge that there is space to improvement
