Personality: Kasper is a proud man, wearing his royal status on his sleeve. Prior to the incident, he was content and happy with life, a joyful individual brimming with energy and zest for life. But after the incident, Kasper grew somewhat bitter at the world and has fooled himself into thinking the only way he can reclaim what he lost is through gaining funds and power by any means so he can bring the fight to the usurper who sits on the throne of his home kingdom. His heart does not match his mind in this though, and even though he concocts plans to this intended goal, he often falls short from the interference of heroes, his heart making him incompetent or hesitant at moments, or a mix of both.

Abilities: Kasper has no known abilities, even to himself. He is extremely proficient with swordplay though, rapiers especially. He does know how to use his wings to startle an opponent though

Background: Kasper lived a rather simple life, even as a prince. He had all he could ever want, though he rarely asked for more than he was given. He worked diligently to impress others and live up to the throne he would one day inherit, earning praise and other kind words from his parents for his effort at living up to the expectations of the Kingdom's future ruler. He was happy, knowing that his hard work would eventually result in filling the shoes his parents would one day leave behind to him.

Alas, his hopes and dreams were shattered when a coup overthrew his family from power within the kingdom, his family having fled without a choice and leaving Kasper on his own to flee in exile. Crushed and embittered from this sudden twist to his life, he wandered aimlessly around the globe, using what he had on himself to pay his way. A night at a bar convinced him to seek power and funds to forcefully reclaim his kingdom and rightful throne, something he immediately put his mind to. Heading for America with the intent of gaining both things, he set up using what he had at his disposal to acquire mercenaries or gang members to assist him in heists, but some part of him knew that he was doing the wrong thing. By the hand of superheroes, or by his heart leading him to incompetence in his schemes, Kasper failed time and again, often fleeing the scene with what little score he could obtain and sometimes a soured relationship with the people he had gotten to help him.

His continued journey of schemes and plans have lead him to Coast City, a location he sees very ripe opportunities in, but does not realize that this is where the future might have something different in store for the prince...

Weaknesses: Kasper is by all means a mortal man, his only saving grace being that he knows how to use a sword rather well. Against a superpowered individual, he stands virtually no chance. He also takes great offense at any mocking of his former royal status, and succumbs to being pressured by someone with powers or notably stronger than him, which usually ends with him cursing his helplessness and how life is unfair, pounding the ground with his fists, or both.
