Made for the Sonic 2 HD fan project, which already has way better music than Sonic 4. I went for a Spencer Nilsen sound for it as it emerged.

Strange. I was expecting an orchestral remake, but I guess that's already been done. (Glares at SA 1 and 2)
I can both see and not see how you made it sound like one of Spencer Nielsen's works. When I think of the guy, the first thing I think of is the late-80's-early-90's rock he was known for in Sonic CD's opening... but the second thing would be that creepy-ass game over music. *shudders*
I actually had to play this song twice in order for that Spencer Nielsen feel to click in.
I'd love to see this get featured in the Sonic 2 HD's initial release.
