Okay, getting back to the Team Katswell Character Guide, we have the evil twin sister of Varelaiazul's TUFF OC, Mary Vixen, the evil, money-grubbing assassin for hire known as Ella Vixen.

Ella may not have any special powers or skills, but she's well skilled with a knife and is a crack shot with various firearms. She also has had martial arts training, and can hold her own in a fist fight very well, although she mostly prefers to use sidearms to dispose of any enemies.

Bio:
Eleanor Vixen was born in a wealthy family in Seattle, Washington, but was unfortunately a very bad seed. Throughout her childhood, Eleanor, or "Ella" as she preferred to be called, was pretty much the big neighborhood bully, always picking on the other kids as well as her twin sister, Mary, whom her parents loved more than her. Her parents weren't sure why she kept behaving like this, and no matter how many therapy appointments they set up for her, Ella just prefers to be bad. So, by the time she was 18, her parents eventually kicked Ella out of the house, while Mary moved to Petropolis to earn a degree in medical science.
Eventually, Ella joined up with a group of mercenaries working for General Guar to gain her living. While in the group, she underwent a rigorous training regime in order to embrace her true badness and become a rough mercenary like her peers. After training with Guar for a few years, Ella became a ruthless mercenary, and went on to offer her services to other high-paying criminal masterminds in order to make a quick buck.
It wasn't long before she would cross paths with her sister Mary, who had become a double agent for the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force, when she assisted a few of Guar's mercenaries in raiding an old Chinese tomb. Once they met, the two sisters fought it out, and before Ella could do Mary in, she was quickly bailed out by Pretty Kitty and Natasha Timberov, who quickly took care of the mercenaries. She was then apprehended, and taken to Albatraz Prison near Petropolis, California for her crimes. Afterwards, Mary joined Pretty Kitty's Crew as their medic, and Ella began to plot her revenge on her sister for defeating her.
Years later, Ella managed to escape from Albatraz, and continued her freelance mercenary-for-hire career in Petropolis. She eventually offered her services to Ripclaw, and he ordered her to do Kitty Katswell and the rest of Team Katswell in after foiling his plans numerous times. But, Ella seemed more interested in getting back at her sister out of jealousy, and decided to lure the Pretty Kitty Crew out with a phony diamond that doesn't even exist. The Crew took the bait, but so did Team Katswell, who initially thought that they were trying to steal the "diamond." Ella was able to capture both groups, but before she could deliver them both to Ripclaw, Kitty and Mary were able to get their friends out of there, and stop Ella from finishing her assignment. After Mary told Kitty in secret that she's actually a TUFF double-agent, she left with the Crew, and Ella was taken back to Albatraz. Since then, Ella has become a sworn enemy to both Team Katswell and the Pretty Kitty Crew, and vows to get even with Mary one way or another.

Personality & Traits:
Ella loves being bad ever since she was a young kit, although it wasn't clear as to why she's like this. The most likely reason was that it had to do with Mary being the more loved sister of the two, and it was mostly true. Ella is also very greedy, willing to do anything to make a quick buck, even if it means betraying her own family to do so. In other words, Ella meets the qualifications of a ruthless mercenary, being greedy and downright bad.
As stated before, Ella has always been jealous of her sister Mary, being that she was the more kind hearted and patient of the two sisters. Ella believed that being nice is for "chumps," and thinks she could gain her parents' love by being a bad girl. She was wrong, and hated her own parents for favoring Mary more. When it comes to her clients and fellow bad guys, she has mixed feelings about depending on who she's with.
Ella actually enjoys listening to heavy metal music as a stark contrast to Mary's love of classic rock. However, Ella seems to suffer from a series of mental breakdowns whenever she hears her sister's name, because of how she was more loved than she was. But, for the most part, Ella tries to keep a cool head about it, and continues to be a thorn in the Pretty Kitty Crew's side for years to come, with Team Katswell sometimes caught in the middle of it all.
