Featuring Snacks the Hyena - Nock the Croc - Zarza - and me!
This is based off of game box art from Legend of Heroes II Dragon Slayer.
Great title right? Well despite being an obscure and relatively grindy JRPG, it's got some pretty cool music. The Legend of Heroes series is still going on as Trails of Cold Steel, which has far too much anime cheese for my liking. But I guess it's pretty funny to think that it's been going on since 1984 as just "Dragon Slayer".

Haha you're fine, I got into video games hardcore via PS1 JRPGs so I have a big nostalgia for them, and Trails in the Sky's 3 games feel like a long lost JRPG trilogy from that era, truly excellent writing and character building all around, and a charming 90's esque anime design to the characters. I think you'd like it since it's not nearly as modern anime tropey as later entries haha
