Bio:
Vincent's life has always been about some form of conflict. Primarily physical. He was always rough housing and getting into scraps with his friends. Or imposing his will against bullies. Middle and high school saw him being very active in the wrestling programs, and eventually to Olympic aspirations in his early 20s.
After failing to make it into the Olympic program, he was recruited into an MMA program. There he added basic submissions and boxing techniques with his very honed Greco-Roman wrestling training. His time in the octagon was cut short after taking a second spinning heel kick to the head (having dodged the first). He suffered an orbital fracture to his left side, permanently dilating his left pupil. His MMA career ended with a record of 8W-3L.
While recovering, he ended up spending a lot of time watching international sports, and soon became hooked to lucha. His fighting drive was resparked, and with the knowledge that they didn't hit nearly as hard as his MMA time, he eventually made his way south. He made his way up the Lucha ranks by way of surprising agility for someone his size, and not being afraid to take some of the more damaging/cringe matches. He would eventually be scouted and hired by a mainstream American wrestling production, his image fully revamped from a heavyweight high flyer to a more traditional powerhouse style. His US Wrestling career was very lucrative, right until another tragedy. A young upstart performed a move that he wasn't prepared for, fracturing his back.
He was forced to retire from wrestling, having been given a diagnosis that he likely wouldn't be able to walk. Fighter's spirit kicked in again, determined to prove everyone wrong. It took three years of rehab, but Vincent got himself back into fighting shape. But he knew he couldn't take another serious injury like that one again. Eventually he used his earning and fame to start a gym, focusing on MMA style training.
