Bio:
Ethan Retriever is the CEO of Retriever Industries, who specialize in manufacturing weapons and vehicles for military bases. He was next in line to inherit the Retriever Family Fortune, after his great-grandfather, Alistair Retriever, struck oil back in 1885, and made a fortune off of it. Throughout his youth, Ethan enjoyed living life in the fast lane, but he always showed great intelligence when it comes to developing ways to keep the world safe for future generations. So, when he inherited the fortune, he decided to use it to manufacture weapons for world defense.
He then met a beautiful young girl named Jennifer, and after dating for two years, they eventually got married. The two of them had two pups together, a young boy named Donovan, and a young girl named Allison. However, two months after Allison's birth, Jennifer died of a heart attack, which broke Ethan's heart a bit. But, regardless, he kept working, and even decided to assist the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force by having an old basement he's not using as their HQ, and supplying his wealth to fund their missions and give them better weapons to combat crime.
When General Guar invaded the old TUFF HQ, and killed Sean Connery Katswell, the agency's best agent at the time, Ethan had the HQ shut down, and kept it off limits to his kids. But things got worse when his son, Donovan, decided to squander the family fortune, and use it to buy weapons from criminal warlords. Donovan thought that Ethan loved Allison more than him, and believed that SHE would be the one to inherit the fortune. After Ally stopped him, and sent him to prison, Ethan became ashamed of his son for betraying his family, and never forgave him for what he did.
It wasn't long before Allison invited Kitty and Kimiko over to her mansion to brainstorm ideas for a base of operations for Team Katswell. After being introduced to his daughter's new friends, Ethan was puzzled at the fact that they were looking for a new HQ. Just then, Ally leaned on a bookcase, and accidentally fell into a secret stairway, discovering the old TUFF HQ. After talking it over with the Chief, Kitty asked Ethan if they could rebuild it as Team Katswell HQ. Against his better judgment, he accepted, and helped bring the old HQ back to life. Since then, Ethan's been providing the team by using his wealth to pay for better weapons and better training to help them fight crime.

Personality & Traits:
Ethan is very business-savvy, and cares very deeply about his work. But, as a father, he always puts his family before anything his company throws at him. He's willing to offer his services to anyone with enough money, as long as they promise to use it for the benefit of furry-kind. He's also VERY good at math, which was evidenced by how well he's able to keep his family's insurance rates and his company's finances up even in the hardest of times.
When it comes to Team Katswell, Ethan is very supportive of them. He sees Kitty and Kimiko like second daughters to him, and finds John, Dudley, and the other boys on the team very fun and energetic. But, naturally, he loves his daughter Allison the most, and believes that she'd be a great successor to his company. And, although he was ashamed of him for betraying the family, Ethan still loves his son Donovan, and hopes that he'll see the error of his ways one day.
Yet despite his brilliant mind and financial success, Ethan tends to be kind of a dork at times. He's very obsessed with modern technology, and would sometimes stay indoors all day just to work on new technologies to benefit furry-kind. He can also be tricked very easily, especially one time where Scentessa was going out with him just to get at his family's fortune. But, he still maintains an intelligent and professional demeanor, and remains one of the best allies Team Katswell's ever had.
