to the floor down below, the ceiling against my fur. I feel my tail hang down freely. Confused of my placement, I scratch my claws across the warm stone on me and my palms feel something akin to a pulse. Before I could even begin to make sense of the pulse, a heady scent hits my nose in waves and I dizzily jerk my head to peer down.
I see varying shades of red rock all around me and a vast drop to the bottom. Below, the softly tinted light reveals a giant rose nestled deep within the cavern floor.

"Where... what is this place?" I ask myself as I move my arm from the stone, and its force releases so that my arm, like my tail, hangs behind me toward the rose.
"Well great, how do I get down?" I ask the thick air with a sad shake of my head.
Carefully I inch forward and bring my arm back to me. The stone's pulse seems to react to mine and I feel my arm get pulled once more against it. I would just have to crawl towards the cave wall and hope there was a way down once I got there.

I have very strange dreams, and although I have never dreamt of a gigantic rose inside of a living cave it does fit very well with the types of dreams I have.
