Four years ago I created Reinlia. Here's a more modern design of her.

Reinlia is the Steel type Gym Leader of the city of Riandur, and is also the owner of a weapons museum.

Reinlia is a woman who believes firmly within the ideals of Nerves of Steel and having a steely deposition. She has a strong value in mental fortitude when it comes to battling. For her, the idea of a clear mind allows one to think and react quickly to situations around them.

Despite this, when not in battle and relaxed, Reinlia can get a little carried away and invested with her own interests. She has an intense love of weaponry and the history of war and human ingenuity, which can often lead to her becoming as giddy as a school girl. She’ll often spend free time reading up on history and looking for new pieces to add to the museum and even her personal collection.

Her transformation into a Pokemorph came about due to one day dealing with a challenger. After battle, they got to talking, with the challenger bringing up the subject of Pokemorphs and how they were starting to appear. Reinlia, in response, admitted to finding it fascinating, and that if it were to happen to her, she would love to end up as a Honedge.

What Reinlia didn’t know at the time was that the challenger was actually a Team Union grunt in disguise, who upon learning of the Gym Leader’s interest, offered her a chance to become just that. In response, Reinlia jumped at the chance and never felt regret for doing so.

She also keeps a Dusk Stone around for if she ever evolves into a Doublade, so that she could use it to become an Aegislash.
