One of my favorite soups! I was given a lot of fresh spinach and there was no way I could eat it all in salads, so I used most of it in this big bowl of soup!

I used ground turkey instead though, and the only orzo I could get weren't the right kind so they ended up absorbing most of the broth >:[
Still tasted delicious, though!
