Ever since I tried bulgolgi at a Korean BBQ, I wanted to learn how to make it myself. It's considered one of the world's tastiest foods and I can definitely see why, the marinade for the meat is perfection, and when you have it with rice and crunchy lettuce leaves everything comes together in a delicious harmony. You use flank steak to make it so it comes out really nice and tender, flank steak is a bit fancy and harder to come by in my experience but the result is totally worth it.
I made this a long time ago so I don't have the exact recipe I used for it, but it's worth looking up if ever you want to try it!
