but its not a wolf, who does not have them, so its OK . petdogs can have them ^^

Yeah, jaws of a carnivore are really appealing.

I rarely see a character with dewclaws on hindlegs, so I can tell this is a really interesting detail!

wild living canids do not have dewclaws on hindlegs. this is something i had to find out after i gave my trashdog some :'D
only doggos as i said. sometimes sadly 2 over each other. those must be removed when they are fresh born or they will hurt themself with those deadly painfully later :<
