I bet you all didn't know that I created a vigilante persona for Kitty way back when, and for "TUFF: Team Katswell," I've decided to have it be passed on to her cousin, Kaitlynn, for her to use in Catsville, Colorado.

Bio:
Before Kaitlynn Katswell took up the Feline Phantasm persona, it was first created by Kitty Katswell herself after a mishap involving a time travel device that Keswick invented. Dudley was fooling around with it in hopes of going back to his second grade year, but he accidentally zapped Kitty which sent her back in time to 1988, when her father was still alive. Desperate to get back to the present, Kitty decided to clean up a bit of crime herself while stranded in the 80s. So, she went to the local craft shop, bought a few materials, and created a costume to mask her identity from everyone (especially her father). She dubbed it the Feline Phantasm because the ghost-like mask that concealed her face was reminiscent of a ghost, and the crude gadgets she created from scraps she found in the junkyard gave off a ghostly feel to frighten bad guys.
It wasn't long however when she found her father and his team trying to halt a bank robbery committed by a mole criminal known as Ze Mole, and found them tied up by King's coils. Even though she knew that interference with past events could have disastrous consequences, the Feline Phantasm took that risk, and leapt into action to rescue her father and his team. After foiling Ze Mole and his henchmen, Sean Connery Katswell thanked the Feline Phantasm, and invited her over to his place for a dinner with his wife and kids. Once he was called back to TUFF HQ for a little extra work, he found the Phantasm waiting for him, and she revealed herself to be his daughter from the distant future who was stranded in 1988 with no way of getting back. Sean couldn't believe it, but after seeing that Kitty and his daughter shared similar features, he accepted it, and promised to get Kitty back to her proper time one way or another.
Unfortunately, that night was the same night that Snaptrap betrayed TUFF, and told General Guar where the old TUFF HQ was. In the midst of the invasion, Sean told the past Dr. Basilisk to write a letter to his future self to help Keswick re-calibrate the time-travel device to get Kitty back. But, Kitty was unable to prevent Guar from killing Sean, and after the invasion, she was able to share one final moment with her father before leaving her Feline Phantasm persona at her Uncle Doug's house in Catsville for her cousin Kaitlynn to use in the future. Afterwards, Keswick was able to get Kitty back to the present, and the persona of the Feline Phantasm was now in the paws of Kaitlynn Katswell.
Over the years, Kaitlynn cleaned up some street-level crimes in Catsville while juggling her career as a dance instructor at the same time. But, Team Katswell was unaware of the Feline Phantasm until they were invited to Catsville for the Katswell family reunion, where they got well-acquainted with the rest of Kitty's family. But, when Donovan, Ice Claws, and the Chameleon crashed the party with a squadron of Heckhounds, Kitty and the Team was overwhelmed until the Feline Phantasm appeared from nowhere to bail them out. After the scuffle, the team was shocked to learn that the Feline Phantasm was actually Kaitlynn herself, and they learned from Kitty herself that left it for her when she was stuck in the past that one time. So, after helping Team Katswell foil DOOM's plan to blow up the Catsville Town Hall, Kitty was proud of Kaitlynn for her skills as a crime-fighter, and Kaitlynn gained more confidence in hopes of becoming as great a hero as her cousin.
Personality & Traits:
Kaitlynn is a very laid-back and chilled out cat, which serves as a good contrast to her father's eccentric creativity when it comes to his inventions. It may seem like she's oblivious to what's going on, but she's fully aware of the craziness in her life. She just keeps a calm head about it, and just doesn't let everything get to her. But, when she's the Feline Phantasm, she tries her best to be brave and awesome like her cousin, and has become a feared vigilante by the criminals in Catsville.
She's also a dance instructor, specializing in 80s pop, and has even taught her cousin Kitty Katswell how to dance for a mission involving Snaptrap trying to brainwash everyone in Petropolis with dance music. As for her cousin Kitty, she's actually more of a sister to her than her actual sister, and was able to get her and her family out of Catsville when the Crimson Komodo Clan ransacked her old home. But the rest of Team Katswell she's a bit iffy on them at first, but after helping them defeat Donovan, she's grown more comfortable around them, seeing them as part of the family.
However, when she was offered to be the new Feline Phantasm, Kaitlynn was hesitant about it because she never considered herself a hero like Kitty. At one point, she even tried to give up the whole crime-fighting scene seeing how she's so inexperienced, but Kitty was able to convince her that these days, everyone could use a hero, no matter how inexperienced he/she may be. So, Kaitlynn continued to follow her cousin's heroic example, and in time she'll represent to Catsville what Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell represent to Petropolis.
Wel, that's the Feline Phantasm for you guys.
