This is how he spends the next few months after arriving in Harmonia seeking a way to undo a curse upon him. Captured and forced into holding the Axios of Change. The Godking had that Axios sealed in his palace for centuries, but it wouldn't respond to him, it would only respond to a Sindar...
And Cray would be the ideal puppet Axios holder Hikaan has been waiting for... he hopes.

Pretty much! He and Valesti are the leaders in a rebellion against Harmonia with the goal of destroying the hideous laws and structure that governs it. Take out the poison so to speak. Not every Harmonian is terrible and the place COULD be a decent country... but yeah, it needs to be dismantled mostly first.
humans/humanoids and anthros sharing a world is always a concept I'm fond of, and I believe the non-furries deserve just as much exploration!
and, well, given how Harmonia is, can't say I'm not rooting for Cray and his fellow rebels (while trying not to get caught up in Hikaan's magnificent assholery)
