The first of many! For The Chronicles of the Crisis' revamp, all of the characters are going to need definitive reference sheets so I don't fucking end myself every time I have to draw a page.
Since the Duat Deities (the Egyptian gods, for those of you who aren't as obsessed with the mythology as I am!) are some of the most integral characters in the story, I decided they all needed references too. Which is... A lot of work. So, I worked from the shortest deity to the tallest deity and stuck to the ones that play a significant role in the first book of TCotC.
All references have a "base" to show the character's markings and distinct features, and then have varied apparel depending on the situation. This is usually divided into "General" (more casual clothing) and "Full Regalia" (with full headdresses, crowns, projections, etc.), though this can be changed up a bit.
Qebehsenuef changes the most throughout both TCotC and its planned sequel, so I decided to include Qeb's appearance in the second book along with his Book 1 appearance. He tries chopping off his crest feathers (with limited success) due to significant events that happen in the second book, so I won't spoil that for you.
Love this little guy~
