3. A reference for your character (the character has to belong to you, idc if its for a gift have them send me confirmation they are ok with it)
And that's it, no money is required for this!
However I must state that the quality wont be the best as I'm still new with this and thus I withhold the right to deny drawing your character if I feel I can't do them justice.
