Probably not....but as long as we don't get eliminated in the first round (something that no hosting nation has ever had to suffer in the history of the WC), I'm happy.
Then again...that's what they said about us in the Rugby World Cup :)
Tho...if USA does better than us...I feel that South African soccer NEEDS to be disbanded...and leave the focus on Cricket and Rugby ^.^

Well...I can't help it that the truth is the truth ^.^
The vast majority of soccer supporters in South Africa are black. Like Americans go gaga over American Football, Black South Africans go gaga over soccer.
So...if they had to be told their favorite pastime was being disbanded...no one who knows anything about South Africa would doubt that they'd be all over the streets rioting and...sadly, there will be those who take it too far and go over into looting.
