Powers & Abilities:
Being in Camp K-9 for most of his life, Ferenc has learned self-defense, and faced getting lost and hardships. He's also a skilled climber, and has a very good judge of character. With his Iron Mutt armor, he can fly through the air at Mach speeds, and can shoot pulsating laser blasts out of his hands. It could also make frozen yogurt, too. ^^

Bio:
Franz was once an ordinary German shepherd mix living with his grandparents (mother's side) in Hungary, although he was born in Germany to a well-respected military officer. By the time he was 14, he was sent to Camp K-9 by his own father in hopes of turning him into a super-strong soldier like him. He failed to graduate 2 times before on his third year he finally did it. The staff was so impressed with his skills that they decided to enlist him in the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force to further his training.
Franz, now answering by the name Ferenc Kiss, was rewarded with a well-deserved vacation in Hawaii for a week. Then, on the cruise ship back to Petropolis, an unknown villain torpedoed the ship killing many agents. Ferenc was one of the few who survived and eventually washed ashore on Petropolis Beach at the dead of night. He was pretty distraught by this, and vowed to find the criminal scumbag that pulled a 180 on his life.
Since his time in Petropolis, he's been pretty shy and timid around most other furries. Ferenc mostly read through the papers, and after learning about Team Katswell's heroic accomplishments, he decided to follow them and become a hero like them. So, he was rummaging through the junkyard, and found some old scrap metal pieces, and welded them together to make a special kind of armor. After adding a used frozen yogurt machine, and some neon disruptors, Ferenc decided to take on the persona off the iron-clad vigilante Iron Mutt, and set out to make a name for himself.
It wasn't long before Team Katswell were on the scene when Ferenc bribed the Demolition Dudes, Voldeboar the Cruel, Dessa and Dennis Mutt, Gold Bug, and Nazura to commit crimes for him to stop to gain the people's appreciation. After some investigation, the gang caught Ferenc unmasking himself in his apartment, and demanded some answers from him. So, he explained that he wanted to be a hero like Kitty and her team, but he was to shy to show his face in Petropolis. However, once the villains Ferenc bribed found out about Ferenc's true intentions, they kidnapped Team Katswell, and demanded the city's immediate surrender for their lives. But, Ferenc donned his Iron Mutt persona one more time (without the helmet), and saved the team from the villains. Then, he ditched the Iron Mutt persona for good after revealing his true identity to Petropolis, and became enlisted in TUFF in hopes that Kitty could help him be more confident in himself.
Personality & Traits:
Ferenc is a very shy and timid individual, especially around young women. He normally keeps to himself, and would rather not partake in any social gatherings because of his awkward nature. But, in the heat of battle, Ferenc doesn't hold back thanks to his Camp K-9 training. He may be shy and awkward, but when his friends and fellow TUFF agents are in danger, he's brave.
Even when he's around everyone at TUFF, Ferenc is still a bit shy. But, one mission with Team Katswell caused him to meet the love of his life, Pretty Kitty Crew member Mary Vixen. They got into a fight during a heist, and before the Pretty Kitty Crew slipped out into the night, Ferenc and Mary accidentally kissed. It was then that they realized that they were meant to be together, and secretly dated behind both TUFF's AND Pretty Kitty's backs. Mary was attracted to Ferenc, and decided to help him overcome his shyness, and be more confident in himself.
Aside from being shy, Ferenc has also been known to be a bit of a troublemaker from time to time. Unlike most TUFF characters, though, his pranks are harmless, and never intended to hurt anyone at all. But, he still got in trouble for his pranks, though, and it was one of the many reasons he was sent to Camp K-9 in the first place. But, he still shows a kind heart, and he does everything he can to find the criminal who killed his friends, and help TUFF and Team Katswell rid the world of evil.
So, that's Ferenc's adaptation for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
