Fiona doesn't have any special powers or abilities like most other TUFF agents, but she has a very intelligent mind, and is very good with a computer. She's currently training in martial arts with King DeSousa, but she believes that she's not good enough to catch up with Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell.

Bio:
TUFF agents don't always have to go to TUFF Academy to join the agency. Some potential agents were gained internships straight out of high school. And, Fiona Foxborne is no exception to his rule. Fiona has always been fascinated with the world of mystery and suspense that TUFF's agents give off, but she was afraid that she wouldn't make the cut because she thought she was too clumsy and shy. So, when a couple of TUFF recruiting officers came to Petropolis High School looking for interns to work at TUFF HQ, Fiona turned down the offer at first, believing that she wasn't good enough. But, after some insisting from the officers saying that she doesn't HAVE to be a full agent, she accepted the offer, and became one of TUFF's newest interns.
Fiona then took an internship with Tammy Cottontail, the agency's secretary, and showed her that she was very good with a computer. However, she kept tripping over her own feet, and often spilled coffee all over some of the other agents, which got her labelled as one of the agency's clumsiest interns. But, Kitty and Allison saw that she had the passion to do what's right, and figured that she just needed more training. So, they set her up with Kitty's mentor, King DeSousa, and while he was hesitant about it at first, he quickly grew more comfortable with training her to be less clumsy. While she still has much to learn, Fiona never gave up, and still manages to maintain her studies as well as her duties at TUFF.
Fiona also took up another job at "Purrr-Ty Flowers," a flower store run by John's friend Mary Willflower, mostly to break it up from her internship at TUFF. While she wasn't any better there in terms of clumsiness, Mary still appreciated the drive and determination that Fiona display when doing her job. But, she still makes her studies and her duties at TUFF her top priority, but she still makes time to help Mary out at the store whenever she can.
While Kitty and Allison were the ones who encouraged her to give being a full TUFF agent more of a try, Fiona didn't get involved with Team Katswell fully until one incident involving Ripclaw. She, along with fellow TUFF interns Dominic Polarice, Julian Eagle, Izzy Longhorn, and Suzy Siu were working on an explosive prototype for TUFF to use, when they were suddenly kidnapped by Ripclaw's henchmen. He threatened to drop them off the roof of the Petropolis Radio Tower if Petropolis didn't give into his demands. Naturally, Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell were able to rescue them, and Fiona confessed that she never felt so afraid in her entire life. Because of this incident, Fiona vowed to work harder to be a better, stronger agent of TUFF, and follow the Team's heroic example while still maintaining her normal life.

Personality & Traits:
Fiona is very shy around most people, and prefers to get wrapped up in a good book rather than go partying with other people. She's also very clumsy due to the fact that her head is pretty much in the clouds, and doesn't always stay focused most of the time. But, her heart's always in the right place, and does all that she can to help TUFF combat the forces of evil.
Even though she's shy around most people, she has spent plenty of time with Kitty and Allison during their breaks, which has made her open up more. Fiona basically sees them as like big sisters to her, and she wouldn't trade the two of them for anything else. Fiona gets along very well with her mentor Tammy, and her employer Mary, but she has mixed feelings for King, however. In the end, she learned that he was actually a nice guy, but just thinks his training methods are a bit TOO extreme.
Aside from her clumsiness and shyness, Fiona also tends to get pretty emotional over trivial things, such as getting no Wi-Fi in TUFF HQ. But, whenever she does something she didn't mean to, she feels guilty, and constantly wishes that she could've prevented it. But, she tries her best to be a good TUFF agent, and was glad that she decided to join the agency, even if it's just an internship.
