For one of Furcadia's 2009 Festival of the Sun contests, I made this image. The contest's subject was to create a Unity Doodle (turning a word into art).
It was supposed to be a collaboration between myself and another player (I drew it, she would color it, then I composited it), but internet problems prevented her from doing her part. Therefore, I had to color and shade it myself later than I expected. I failed to make the deadline by a few minutes so this picture didn't get entered.

Missing deadlines happens sometimes. I was rushing things at the end, so, strictly speaking, this picture isn't exactly the same as the one I intended to enter. There were a few minor errors I corrected for this one. I didn't put in one piece I was originally planning on, but forgot along the way – a duct or pipe the squirrel was supposed to look like he was hanging from. As it stands now, he just looks like he's dangling in mid-air. All I can say is that the mouse artist will probably paint something in later on.
