There was real cat working as government chief mouser at Downing Street, 10 in the 1980s, he was named after character from Yes, Minister sitcom... So I decided to draw neko version of that character!

cat!AU/neko!AU where Sir H is a cat (probably his owner is Sir Arnold, but it turned out that Lady Robinson is allegic to cats or so she told to Sir A and cat!H had to be moved.
