Currently found on my wrist, this was my first attempt using some rubber rings in the almost 3? years (has it seriously been that long o_o wow) I've been mailling now.
Copper and Green EPDM Rubber rings. Not knowing exactly how much tension these things can take I figured it would be safer to double them up on each side.
