Motorcycles: They are technologically at the Roman Empire
Graffiti: Colorful plants take part of one aspect, and they do paint and decorate the walls. Small terracotta lizards, dream landscapes, mandalas.
Trash? Their society produces not much trash. What little they produce is, for a part, picked up by the ants they live with.

Roman Empire? Needs a super size serving of debauchery.

A lil bit tricky in a way. After all, the zebras that build the fortifications of these towns are a militaristic lot, living in a legion like structure - and every three to five years they elect their "Princess" from amongst their ranks as their civilian ruler, whilst the high officers - each in turn elected from the soldiers she commanded - that form the high command of a city elect the Stratega from amongst themselves to be the military commander until she herself decides to retire from the post.

The fennekim have a mechanism that always the eldest living male is their ruler, the honorable eldest, their Sheyk. As Fennekims tend to go senile in the last two to three years of their lives, they get an assistant, a "maid of honor" from the danceress guild. Typically thus the younger fennekim males look up in awe to the old geezer as they are escorted by one of the most beautiful fenwas around.
And the danceress guild tells the maid of honor what splendid ideas and plans and commands the honorable eldest has, so that she can guide him through the task of justly and wisely ruling the fennekim.
Which ensures that the adult fennekim are proud of their wise ruler.
And all fenwas are happy that it's the danceress guild actually ruling the place.
