Lately this has been my addiction, it's simple and tasty. Just pop some toast in a toaster, cook up some thick cut fatty bacon, cut half an avacado, top toast with mayo and avacado, sprinkle some 'Everyday Seasoning' from Trader Joe's on the avacado, then top with bacon slices.
