I imagine him to have a similar vibe to the Happy Masks Salesman from LoZ. He's cheery, but there's just... something... off about him. He always seems to have exactly what you need on hand, and he's more than willing to sell it to you for a questionable price. He also shows up at the most unorthodox moments, like when you're hiding in a closet from a murderer or hopelessly lost in an ancient forest with no living souls around for miles and miles and miles and then suddenly HE'S THERE. WHY.
