As told by Tom, the author, it's a bandage wrap which Natani uses to conceal his/her physical features in a magic generated pocket dimension. But there were a few times in canon where these "bandages" have failed, revealing Natani's true appearance, so I beg the question, how much longer will this "Bra of holding" hold out? xDD
