Oh hey there! Sorry for the confusion! lol My character Coyote usually doesn't do formal, so it was more of a choice from Rae to display how half-hearted he would wear it. if he wears a tie, it's out of obligation only. Hope you liked the picture though! Awesome icon btw, is that supposed to be anthro Mob?
