Sorry this one took so long, stuffing the tail took a VERY long time because of how thin it is XD
Anyways there are two ways you can wear it, the first way (left) is hook it slightly to the left or right of your shirt with the fishing line behind you. The second way, which makes the tail wrap around your leg more, would be to pull the line forward over your shoulder.
The tail is a little flimsy, but as a suggestion if you want: If you can get a long wire you can put it inside the long part of the tail to make the tail more flexible and natural looking. I don't have the wire for it myself, and I'm not sure where to find some, so it's sort of an optional choice for the commissioner to modify into it.
