Is the in universe (as in both comics are just tv shows) explanation for space vixen going on hold the pregnancy? if so could we see space vixen come back soon?

I mean she could always just teleport back into the ship if she wanted to get away, it's more a matter of she has no concern about the puppies. They're probably just hungry :D
