this is an excellent work for your first drawing, and i really like the clean lines and the nicely drawn face +ears of her, with good emphasis on her eyes...
her face expression seems very humble and cute, and i like how she holds the stick, you did a good job with her hand gestures, and i like details such as the fluff in her chest and ears...
