I love owls! Did this by doing the owl and background in greyscale first, then setting them to multiply and coloring them underneath on another layer. Fun experiment.
I'd try to make it more polished but I can't see straight anymore as it is. My eyes just can't take doing art for hours at a time like they used to! lol :)
