So, Blair and Maka never really got along, but that never stopped Blair from having fun with her. It seems like Blair was feeling like making a bit of mischief for our demon-hunting heroine. Cats love mischief, after all.
Blair: Oh, you look just delicious.
Maka: Y-you wouldn't actually eat me, w-would you, Blair?
Blair: Oh, no. Although . . .
Maka: Be serious!
Blair: But I want to play!

Okay, so Blair isn't actually a witch, she's just a cat who learned some magic, but I'm going with it, okay? I can if I want, you know. She won't object.
