A silly concept doodle of Pamu and his sentient weapon, The Staff of Was.
Was kind of serves as a teaching figure to Pamu and helps him unlock his potential as a magic-user; he definitely has a mind of his own and has surprisingly rigid morals for a weapon. He's a stern teacher, though, so when he finds himself having to guide the awkward and easily-stressed Pamu through the most basic of situations, he can get annoyed pretty easily.
Pamu has a habit of tugging on his ears when stressed -- he's probably saying something like "Oh gods, oh gods, oh gods, I can't do this, oh gods" as Was is left to hop after him.
"You will never learn if you do not try."
"I don't WANT to learn, that thing just spit a FIREBALL at me-!"
