A little doodle I wanted to try and do. I really like how modern depictions of black holes have this crazy distortion effect around them caused by the sheer gravity they possess. It's not too difficult of a concept for me to grasp, though it did take me a little bit to realize why it looked the way it looked. Really, the disk's width should be more exaggerated at the sides (from the viewer's POV at least).

But hey, making mistakes and figuring them out is all part of the learning process :P
