2004.
An older track off the Sketches album. From time to time I'll play with
meter. This is set to 6/8* which lets me play within the 3/4 waltz form for
most of the track, but then segue in and out of 4/4 for the vocals (some old
Beastie Boys acapella). I used their vocals a lot because they'd dumped a
bunch online at the start of this Web 2.0 thing and it was an easy grab for
material :)
The rest of the album can be heard online here:

Sketches was kind of a "housecleaning" compilation of odds and ends
laying around on my computer. Brief pieces, or "proof-of-concept" tracks
like this.
[*EDIT: I am corrected/informed below that this makes use of "hemiola" as a metrical pattern, which is something I did not know. I mean, I knew what I was doing, but not the technical terms for it :B Yay, diction!]

Not bad. I liked the mix-and-match time signatures. It threw in some curves without being jarring. Nicely done.
I also noticed you used the same a capella for "Howie Dean Gives Up The Back Section," which is still one of my favourite works you've done.
(Granted, it's no longer relevant today, but I just wish I had it at a better bitrate. 60kbps is a bit on the low side.)

I had to check my discography to be sure, but since '98. I'm still uploading the older albums as it's kind of a pain in the ass to format everything for online streaming.
Go make music, sure :) it's fun!
