Bio:
During the mid-Cretaceous period, the first cats emerged from the primordial soup, and started roaming the Earth alongside the mighty Dinosaurs. One of those early cats was considered to be the first Katswell to ever roam the Earth. During that time, the cats struggled to survive the harsh environments, and most of them would get eaten up by ferocious meat-eaters very quickly. That was, until Kitty's ancestor learned that the wilderness offered plenty of means to defend themselves, such as wood and rocks, and he developed the first weapons in recorded history. And so, the cats were able to defend themselves against the predators thanks to him, and once they settled into a stable area, he was put in charge of keeping the tribe safe from predators.
However, as time went on, most other tribes started to evolve from the various predators that hunted the cats, such as the Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Pterodactyl tribes. The tribes eventually fought with one another over dominance of the land, and it eventually led into a terrible feud. So, after many years of violence, Kitty's ancestor decided to united the warring tribes together in hopes of creating a better future for furry-kind. So, he and the other tribal leaders met at a neutral area, and came to an agreement that the tribes will share their resources with one another in hopes of survival. Because of this, the warring tribes stopped the fighting, and thanks to their amazing teamwork, were able to survive the extinction of the dinosaurs.
Team Katswell actually wound up meeting Kitty's oldest ancestor when Kitty ended up getting stranded in the mid-Cretaceous period after their battle against Boulder Rhino in Ancient Scandanavia. Kitty gave John and Dudley a secret message she wrote in a mud puddle that would eventually end up as a fossil in the Petropolis Natural History Museum. Once they discovered the message, John immediately had Keswick re-calibrate the time machine they've been using to travel back 76,000,000 years. So, upon arriving, John had the team spread out to look for her, and after eight hours of searching, they eventually found her. But, it won't be long before they came across Kitty's ancestor, though.
While in the Cretaceous period, the Team noticed a strange factory-like structure in the jungle, and after some investigating, found out that Dread Wolverine has her ancestor captured, and his DNA extracted for Jack Rabbit. So, after rescuing him, Kitty found out that he was her ancestor, and after asking for his name, she couldn't make it out. So, Dudley decided to call him "Fred," and he was okay with it. So, Fred joined up with the Team, and they eventually learned that Jack sent Dread to his time period to make a series of counterfeit fossils from ground-up rocks, dirt, and pure water from the ocean, which are then mixed in a machine that Jack made out of an Easy Bake Oven. Then, Jack digs them up in the 21st century, and sells them to museums all over the world, making a fortune. So, with Fred's help, the Team was able to put an end to Dread's counterfeitting scheme, and Dudley was able to defeat Dread by freezing him in a block of ice. Afterwards, Kitty and the Team returned home to the present, leaving Fred to work hard to create the future that his distant descendants will live in for years to come.
Personality & Traits:
Being an early feline, Fred still has yet to develop his true personality that would carry onto his descendents. But, at the moment, he's just as primitive and primal as any other neanderthal. As time went on, Fred then developed a pretty noble and devoted persona that would become the trademark to most of Kitty's family members, even though he still tends to get distracted by Iguanadon eggs. But, Fred still works hard to make sure that his people and the other tribes see a bright and glorious future.
Fred also cares very much for his tribes, and is very nasty towards anyone who tries to threaten those close to him. But, when he met Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell, he took an immediate liking to them, especially with Stan and Elvis, who enjoyed eating the snacks they brought with them. He also took a liking to all their gadgets, seeing that they were unlike anything he's seen before in his life. And, even though he wasn't sure of what to make of the progress Kitty made, he still thinks she's got what it takes to carry on his intentions for the future.
However, even though he has a noble and courageous persona for a caveman, Fred is still an underdeveloped neanderthal, and tends to be unintelligent at times. He tends to get distracted by Iguanadon eggs, which is equivalent to a dozen chicken eggs, and with all the cholesteral included. And, he always tends to be pretty stubborn at times, which is probably where Kitty gets her headstrong nature from. But, Fred still tries his best to lead his people to bright tomorrow, and set the standard for Kitty's family to follow.
Well, that's "Fred" Katswell's interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
