Okay so, Darkahn is the dragon God of death, and there is a recurring theme in my world that every God that represents death must also represent life Or find some way to maintain balance. Or get his or her rightouse ass beaten . "That is the will of their Father, the Dreamer."

So Darkahn found his balance by giving birth to a race of loyal canid like creatures called the Varashi who originally dwelled in the deserts a coasts of the shadow realm and the eternal sea.

Then some high and mighty Valtorian queen in Sol decided she wanted a pet and summoned one, then another, and another and so on, she kept abducting Darkahns children until he became so fed up with this crime that he chose a champion to liberate his children. That's when Anathar comes in.

Anathar was born on Umbra, to some very odd parents, His mother is queen of the dire wolves, his father is king of northern frost elves And his God parents were both elder beings, all of whom granted Anathar most of his gifts so that he may serve a higher purpose, originally it was going to Nox but then Darkahn came to his brother and asked Nox if Anathar could serve him instead, Nox agreed but not without something in return. (We'll come back to that )

So with Anathar's consent Darkahn sent Anathar into SOL where he infiltrated the Valtorians, rallied the Varashi and sent the Valtorians into a 3 year long ordeal as the Valtorian queen lost her mind trying to keep her grip on her sanity. Slowly looseing her mind to madness as Anathar and his Varashi agents nearly killed half the Valtorian population. When she finally gave up and released her hold on the Varashi, Anathar took the eniter race and left sending them back to the shadow realm

But. Some of the Varashi who had been born Durning those years in captivity could not leave the matreal realm until their death, so had to stay. And so Anathar stayed with them and took them west to the marsh's of Sol where they built a city and spire in the name of Darkahn.

that was Nox's trade. For Anathars service those who were born in Sol were his and as long as they lived had to worship him.

they of course worship both equally now but that's another long story we didn't need to get into XD
