Up next in the Team Katswell Character Guide, we have  shinragod 's Big Bad TUFF villain, and the leader of the Angels, General Blitz.

Powers & Abilities:
General Blitz has received specialized training from the Petropolis Army in Close Quarters Defense (or CQD), and is strong enough to withstand any blows from various punches or kicks. But, his most prominent feature is a special chip that he personally designed implanted in his body which allows him to control lightning and metal of any kind.

Bio:
While it was unclear as to where General Blitz originated from, people DID know that he was once a recruit in the Petropolis Army who basically at the top of his class at the time. He studied and worked hard to get where he is right now, and he graduated with top honors, and was put in the force almost immediately. However, two years later, it was discovered that he was being too cruel to everybody in the service, and he was eventually court marshalled, and kicked out because of this. This made him enraged at the world, and vowed to get back at the city who humiliated him dearly.
During that time, he discovered the destructive properties of the Aniverse Gems, particularly the Mind Gem, and began researching it in hopes of harnessing its power. Eventually, he created a special chip based on the Gem, and using himself as a guinea pig, implanted it into his body. He then gained the ability to control electricity and any form of metal, but it made him insane. With this newly-found power, he reemerged with his own organization, and calling himself "General Blitz," began his crusade to conquer the world.
In order to do so, he needed an elite squadron of "super-soldiers" to help him with his conquest. So, he had his grunts kidnap eight canine girls from all over the globe, who happened to be graduates from TUFF Academy, and had them brainwashed them into becoming his personal bodyguards, and implanted each one of them with an element making them a powerful force to be reckoned with known as "The Angels". Years later, Blitz decided to invade Petropolis, the city that had him removed from the armed forces, and transform TUFF into a world police with intent to bring about a New World Order. His intentions were to make it the center of his plans to slowly take over the world turning into the 'World Order' he sees fit. His World Order involves citizens being extremely orderly, disciplined, and obeying him without question.
But, he didn't count on a certain feline crime-fighter and her friends to throw a monkey wrench into his plans. Blitz's Angels reminded Kitty of the time she and the Team fought General Guar's Kitty Klones, and requested Keswick to lend them their elemental copying systems into their suits in order to do battle with them. When the Team finally got to General Blitz, he admired Kitty's drive for battle and fighting spirit, and requested that she join him at his side in his New World Order. But, Kitty sees how sick and demented he was, and refused his offer. With the rest of Team Katswell by her side, Kitty and her friends were able to use the Angels' elemental weaknesses against him and his Angels, putting an end to his reign of terror. Upon his defeat, General Blitz was arrested, and taken to Albatrazz Prison, where he still plots his revenge on Petropolis and Team Katswell, and hopes to achieve his "New World Order" one day.

Personality & Traits:
General Blitz is mad with power, almost to the point where he's downright insane. He's obsessed with obtaining power for himself, and doesn't care who gets hurt, especially his own Angels. He's also a very intelligent combat strategist, and knows the weaknesses of all his enemies, and even his closest allies. But, he's still very relentless and cruel, and will stop at nothing to achieve his "New World Order."
Blitz is also a bit of a pervert, too, which is arguably the reason why he has eight female bodyguards working for him. After his defeat by Team Katswell, the Angels' leader, Shining Wolf, began to question joining up with him in the first place, and is even thinking about betraying him one day. But, when it comes to Kitty, Blitz has even darker thoughts for her, and believes that she'd be perfect to rule by his side. But, since she declined his offer, and thwarted his plans, Blitz made it his goal to get Kitty on his side one way or another.
Blitz also sees rival criminals such as Ripclaw and Lord Komodo as inferior to him, and thinks that they're using powers to steal his thunder. But, he hates General Guar the most because he sees him as a potential threat to his goals, and believes that he must be destroyed in order to do so. And, his own elemental powers can also be his downfall, considering that any of the Angels' elements could weaken him if they were to make contact with him. But, it's his cruelty, and sexism towards women that makes Blitz such a feared name in the criminal community.
